   • Mention whether you are requesting deletion of your email address, your feedback records, or both.

3. Confirmation
   We will verify and respond to your request as soon as possible. Once your email address (and any related feedback records) are removed, we will send a confirmation email. If any further steps are needed to address your concerns, we will guide you through the process.
